Set with an oval cabochon cut opal in a grain setting, surrounded by a row of round rose cut diamonds in grain and millegrain settings, to an elegant floral cluster design with scalloped edging and sweeping openwork gallery, set to either side with raised inwardly tapering shoulders which curve to a slim shank.
