Antique Ceylon sapphire cabochon and diamond ring in platinum, centrally set with a 10.90cts round cabochon Ceylon sapphire, with indications of heat treatment, in a stylised claw setting, framed by a naturalistic diamond set openwork cluster, frilly with leaf motifs and decorated with millegrain detailing, fitted to either side with split trumpeting shoulders which curve to a slim shank.
