A three-dimensional decorative bow brooch with four openwork loops, gathered together at the centre with a diamond set knot and suspending two clusters of oval and round mixed cut Burmese rubies in openwork claw settings with rose cut diamond accents, fitted to reverse with a double hinged pin and trombone safety clasp.
