Set to the base with a cushion shape tablet of carnelian carved with an intricate intaglio of the Murdoch family crest which features a central shield decorated with two crows connected by a spear, topped by an additional crow and a banner with the words 'OMINIA PRO BONO' translated as 'For the good of all', mounted in a chaised and engraved heavy fob, featuring intricate floral and foliate details and connecting to a large chaised circular bale.
