Set with a cushion shape mixed cut Almandine garnet in a fine grain setting, bordered by a single row of thirteen rose cut diamonds in cutdown settings, to a flush cluster design featuring smooth settings, subtly incised gallery and met to either side with trumpeting shoulders decorated with carved patterns that terminate to a solid shank.
