Centred with a cushion shape mixed cut ruby in a grain setting, flanked by two round Old cut diamonds in grain settings, to a rectangular plaque with diamond shaped motif and triangular etching, met to either side with raised ribbed shoulders that smooth to a solid shank. Hallmarked 18kt gold.
