Centred with a cushion shape mixed cut sapphire in a raised four claw setting, bordered by a row of round old cut diamonds in grain settings , to a cushion shape cluster raised on decorative cheniers and flanked to either side with raised shoulders which smooth to a slim shank. Marked platinum.
