Centrally set with an estimated 22.65ct oval mixed cut synthetic spinel in a fine millegrain setting, surrounded by lacey openwork floral garlands set with Old Mine and rose cut diamonds in fine platinum settings, further enhanced by intricate borders of millegrain decoration and fitted to the reverse with a secure hinged pin and safety latch.
