Edwardian diamond, natural pearl and ruby set openwork brooch in platinum and 18kt yellow gold. Centred with a round Old European cut diamond in a slightly raised millegrain collet, surrounded by a sweeping openwork knot design grain set with rose cut diamonds, set to top and bottom with two natural pearls and encircled with an openwork circle set with callibre cut rubies in channel settings, decorated throughout with millegrain borders. Fitted to reverse with a secure hinged pin and C-scroll.
