A four piece set consisting of three round sterling silver buttons centred with a light blue guilloche enamel and bordered by white enamel decorated with black dots, three spiralling button holders and a matching elongated brooch, fitted to reverse with a hinged pin and C-scroll. Marked sterling silver. Accompanied by original box.
