Centred with a round cabochon cut cat's eye chrysoberyl in claw settings, encircled by a row of cushion shape Old Mine cut diamonds in cut down settings, to a circular cluster with a pierced open gallery with scalloped details, flanked by trumpeting shoulders with subtle central scrolling which curves to a solid shank. Marked 18kt gold.
