Centred with an oval mixed cut sapphire in a raised claw setting, surrounded by a row of cushion shape Old Mine cut diamonds in millegrain and grain settings, to a floral cluster with scalloped edging and pierced open linear gallery. flanked to either side with inwardly tapering shoulders which flow to a slim shank. Hallmarked 18kt gold.
