Centred with a round cabochon opal in a fine claw setting, surrounded by round eight cut diamonds in grain settings, to a delicate cluster with millegrain decoration and pierced linear gallery, flanked by inwardly tapering shoulders which curve to a slim shank. Marked 18kt gold.
