Centred with a large oval mixed cut synthetic sapphire in a rubover setting, bordered by a recessed decorative polished frame, suspended above a radiating openwork gallery and flanked on either side by raised inwardly tapering shoulders which step down to a solid rounded shank. Marked 9kt yellow gold.
