1890s ruby and diamond marquise cluster ring in 18kt yellow gold, centrally set with a 1.41ct oval mixed cut Burmese ruby with no indications of heat treatment, in a slightly raised claw setting, surrounded by round Old European cut diamonds in silver grain settings, to an elegant marquise cluster with curving central claws and intricately pierced open gallery, flanked by fleur-de-lis shoulders which taper to a solid shank.
