Centred with a round cabochon cut moonstone in a claw setting, encircled with a row of cushion shape Old Mine cut diamonds in claw settings, to a circular cluster with curving claws, pierced open gallery and flanked to either side with trumpeting shoulders with a rounded knife edge before slimming to a solid shank.
