Centrally set with an oval cushion shape mixed cut sapphire in a millegrain platinum setting, encircled with twelve round old cut diamonds in platinum grain settings, decorated to the cardinal points with four triangular step cuts in platinum millegrain settings further enhanced by a border of callibre cut sapphires in channel millegrain settings, to an impressive double row cluster with fine millegrain, pierced open gallery and raised trumpeting shoulders which terminate to a slim shank.
