Centred with an elongated cushion shape mixed cut synthetic sapphire in a low split claw setting, to an elegant solitaire design with curving claws, intricately pierced openwork collet and flanked to either side with split trumpeting shoulders decorated with rose cut diamonds in grain settings and framed by millegrain borders, terminating to a slim shank.
