Set with an elongated fancy cut aquamarine in a raised millegrain setting, encircled by a row of calibre cut sapphires in channel settings, to a target cluster design with millegrain borders, pierced open gallery and flanked to either side with raised diamond set shoulders which terminate to a solid shank.
