Centrally set with a round mixed cut ruby in a rubover setting, set to top and bottom with two old cut diamonds in rubover settings, to a floating vertical three stone design featuring a rounded marquise shape openwork border flanked by broad trumpeting shoulders with incised ribbed decoration before smoothing to a solid shank.
