Set with an estimated 5.00ct rectangular step cut aquamarine in a four claw setting, flanked to either side with four graduating rectangular baguette cut diamonds in millegrain settings, to a step down solitaire design with a structured open gallery and met to either side with smooth shoulders which flow to a solid shank.
