French sapphire and diamond oblong cluster ring

French sapphire and diamond oblong cluster ring in platinum, centred with an elongated oval mixed cut sapphire in a millegrain setting, set at each of the cardinal points with two eight cut diamonds in grain settings and enriched with round brilliant cut diamonds in grain and millegrain settings, to a vertical cluster with scalloped edging and openwork gallery, met to either side with raised shoulders which flow to a solid shank, the inner fitted with two pips for comfort. Estimated total diamond weight 0.80cts.
