Victorian sapphire and diamond five stone ring in 18kt yellow gold. Centrally set with a round mixed cut sapphire in a grain setting, flanked by two cushion shape Old Mine cut diamonds in grain settings, further enhanced by two round mixed cut sapphires in grain settings, to a five stone design with chunky polished borders, carved integrated shoulders and a smooth solid shank.
