Centred with a round brilliant cut diamond in a claw setting, further decorated by a row of round mixed cut rubies in claw settings, all framed by a row of round brilliant cut diamonds in claw settings, to a tiered circular cluster with structured claws, open gallery and flanked to either side with inwardly tapering shoulders which smooth to a solid shank.
