Centrally set with a cushion shape mixed cut sapphire in a claw setting, adjacently set with two cushion shape Old Mine cut diamonds in claw settings, to a three stone twist design with curving claws and swirling shoulders that broaden to a slim shank. Marked 18kt gold.
