Centrally set with a octagonal mixed cut Burmese ruby in a slightly raised claw setting, encircled by a row of cushion shape Old Mine cut diamonds in claw settings, to an oval cluster design with curving claws, pierced open gallery and flanked to either side with trumpeting shoulders which smooth to a slim shank.
