Centred with an oval mixed cut pink topaz in a yellow gold rubover setting, surrounded and framed by round rose cut diamonds in platinum rubover and grain settings, to a garland style oval openwork cluster featuring millegrain borders and elaborately carved gallery, flanked by tri-split shoulders in a delicate tulip motif set with diamonds and terminating to a solid shank. Hallmarked 18kt gold, French.
