Edwardian sugarloaf sapphire and diamond cluster ring

Edwardian sugarloaf sapphire and diamond cluster ring in platinum and 18kt yellow gold. Centrally set with a cushion shape sugarloaf sapphire in a millegrain setting, set top each corner with a round Old European cut diamond in a millegrain setting, further enhanced by round eicht cut diamonds in grain settings, to a rounded cushion cluster with openwork platinum wirework and scalloped gallery, flanked to either side with raised diamond set shoulders which smooth to a solid shank.
