Set across the finger with an estimated 10.00ct rectangular step cut aquamarine in a millegrain setting, bordered and flanked by round cut diamonds in grain settings, to a large cluster ring with millegrain borders, linear shoulders and intricate wirework gallery, met to either side with slightly trumpeting shoulders which smooth to a solid shank.
