Set with an estimated 12.00ct octagonal mixed cut aquamarine in a millegrain setting, to a cocktail ring design with ornately carved decorative borders and gallery, flanked to either side with broad trumpeting shoulders with spralling leaf motifs which smooth to a solid shank.
