Set horizontally across the finger with a rectangular step cut rutilated quartz in a openwork scalloped setting, to a chunky dress ring with an elaborated openwork setting, complete with scrolling, floral and foliate motifs, continuing through the gallery and shoulders and terminating to the reverse with a broad solid shank. Marked 14kt gold.
