Centred with a raised oval mixed cut sapphire in a four claw setting, flanked to either side with four round brilliant cut diamonds in tension settings, further embellished with four round brilliant cut diamonds in channel settings, to a solitaire design with trumpeting shoulders flowing to a solid shank.
