Centred with a lozenge shape fancy cut aquamarine in a raised claw setting, encircled by a row of cushion shape Old Mine cut diamonds in grain and claw settings, to an elegant elongated cluster with fine claws, intricately pierced gallery and ribbed base, flanked to either side with broad curved shoulders which continue to a solid shank. Hallmarked 18kt gold, Portugal.
