Antique ruby and diamond octagonal cluster ring in platinum on 18kt yellow gold. Centrally set with an oval mixed cut ruby in a platinum millegrain setting, encircled by a row of round Old European cut diamond in platinum grain settings, to a geometric cluster design with millegrain borders and pierced linear gallery, flanked to either side with curved trumpeting shoulders which smooth to a solid shank.
