1940s diamond and ruby twisted cocktail ring in 18kt yellow gold. A hollow puffy graduating ribbed design featuring six round old cut diamonds in claw settings, to the centre, further decorated with eight round mixed cut rubies in claw settings, to a continued incised design which tapers to the reverse. Tested 18kt gold.
