Italian vintage emerald and diamond crossover ring in 18kt yellow gold. Centrally set with an estimated 0.60ct octagonal emerald cut emerald in a yellow gold rubover setting, flanked to either side with two cross over bands, one band consisting of polished yellow gold the other set with square princess cut diamonds in channel settings, continuing and joining to a solid shank. Estimated total diamond weight 1.20cts. Marked 18kt gold, Italian.
