Centred with an oval mixed cut garnet in a millegrain setting, encircled by a row of cushion shape Old Mine cut diamonds in stylised claw settings, to a oval cluster design with scalloped openwork gallery flanked to either side with trumpeting shoulders which smooth to a solid shank.
