Edwardian fancy purple sapphire and diamond cluster ring

Edwardian fancy purple sapphire and diamond cluster ring in platinum and 18kt yellow gold. Centred with a 2.60ct oval mixed cut fancy purple sapphire in a rubover setting, surrounded by a row of round Old European cut diamonds in platinum grain and rubover settings, to an oval cluster design with scalloped edges and intricately pierced open gallery, flanked to either side with raised shoulders which curve to a slim shank.
