Antique diamond and sapphire duchess cluster ring in 18kt yellow gold. Centred with two round Old European cut diamonds in claw settings, set to top with a pear shape mixed cut sapphire in a claw setting and set to bottom with a round Old European cut diamond in a claw setting, to a duchess cluster design with curving claws and intricately pierced gallery, flanked to either side with diamond set inwardly tapering shoulders which flow up and terminate to a solid shank.
