Centred with an oval cabochon cut angel skin coral in a slightly raised claw setting, encircled by a row of round old cut diamonds in claw settings, to an oval cluster design with fine curving claws, pierced gallery and trumpeting carved shoulders which continue to a solid shank. Marked 18kt gold.
