Centred with an oval mixed cut sapphire in a slightly raised claw setting, encircled by a row of cushion shape Old Mine cut diamonds in claw settings, to a lively cluster design with pierced fluted gallery and flanked by tri-split trumpeting shoulders which terminates to a solid shank.
